Trying out green nailpolish. I think a number of people were right about green washing out my coloring.

Confidential to [livejournal.com profile] ____buyhercandy: it's OPI Caught with My Khakis Down from the the Sephora special collection.

tbh whenever i see any nail blog write about sephora OPI it's always "$OPI" so i guess people do not think it is worth it being a dollar more expensive than most OPIs?

It's been an hour or so and I'm getting used to the coloring (I had peach on before), and it's not too bad, I think. Just an unusual hue for me.

It went on fairly smoothly, dried quickly, no complaints.

Pictures? That's a lot less green than I initially imagined, almost a grey.

I'm always drawn to green polish in the store. I bought every single one of American Apparel's green polishes, I love all of them.

Random style noodlings: I figured blue would pull out all the things that I admire about yr coloring (which is similar to mine but in a higher contrast). When my hair is its natural color (a honey brown w very brown frecklings on skin) green is rad; I did that for most of highschool, makeupwise. Once I started taking my hair to darker shades like yours, tho, blues and purples totally exploded everything in a great way. FWIW!
